Important: All fees — both university registration fees and consultancy service fees — are generally non-refundable once the process has been initiated. Please read each section carefully.
1 University Registration Fees (Non-Refundable)
- Once the registration process is completed at the University/College, the registration amount is strictly non-refundable.
- Registration fees are paid directly or indirectly to the educational institution to secure a seat or process an application. Since these funds are processed by the university's administrative systems, College Process has no authority to refund these charges.
2 Consultancy Service Fees
- If you have paid a separate service or processing fee to College Process, this fee covers our administrative costs, counseling time, and documentation assistance.
- Service fees are non-refundable once the counseling process has begun or the application has been drafted.
3 Eligibility Rejection
- If a student provides fraudulent, forged, or incorrect documents which lead to the rejection of their application by the university, no refund (service fee or registration fee) will be processed.
- If a student is found ineligible by the university due to a failure to meet the minimum marks or entrance criteria, the refund will be subject to the specific university's internal refund policy.
4 Refund Process (University Level)
If a student decides to withdraw their admission after paying the full tuition fee to the university:
- The refund will be governed by the UGC (University Grants Commission) or AICTE refund guidelines applicable at that time.
- The student must apply directly to the university's registrar office for such refunds. College Process will assist in the communication but cannot issue the refund on behalf of the university.
