3 Accuracy of Information

4 Admission Guarantee Disclaimer

- The final decision rests solely with the Admission Committee of the respective college or university based on their internal merit and eligibility criteria.
- We are not responsible for the rejection of any application by the university for any reason.
5 Fees and Payments
- Consultancy Fees: If applicable, any service or processing fees charged by College Process are non-refundable once the application process has initiated.
- University Fees: All tuition fees, registration fees, and hostel charges must be paid directly to the university through their official channels. We strongly advise against handing over university tuition fees in cash to any individual.
6 Student Obligations
By using our services, you agree that:
- All information and documents (Mark sheets, IDs, Certificates) provided by you are authentic and genuine.
- Providing forged or fraudulent documents will lead to immediate cancellation of your application and potential legal action by the university.
- You will maintain professional conduct during interactions with our counselors and university officials.
7 Communication Policy
By submitting your contact details, you express interest in our services. You authorize College Process to contact you via:
- Direct Calls and SMS
- WhatsApp Messages
- Emails
This authorization overrides any registration on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry.
8 Limitation of Liability
College Process, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from:
- Delay in admission processes.
- Changes in university regulations or UGC/AICTE guidelines.
- Cancellation of a course or closure of a university department.
